AMANDA KAYE, MNLM

Amanda is a research-oriented, creative-thinker who is skilled at building relationships and crafting impactful messaging to strengthen an organization’s reputation. She especially enjoys tailoring appeals and communications to engage corporate sponsors, individual donors, and volunteers.

After completing the Master of Nonprofit Studies (MNpS) graduate program at ASU, Amanda pursued a career at a large, national nonprofit, where she cultivated mutually-beneficial, corporate relationships. Raising funds through cause-marketing, cash, payroll deduction, and in-kind sponsorship, Amanda exceeded revenue goals by over 20 percent each year. In addition, she gained experience in PR strategy, market analysis, business planning, and creating effective presentations. In the corporate world, she increased sales and client satisfaction by training employees to provide excellent customer service, achieve sales goals, and excel at client retention. In her free time, she helps nonprofits with walks, silent auctions, and galas. In the past ten years, Amanda has developed donor cultivation, event strategy, and brand management skills in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

COLLEEN CONLEY, MNLM

Colleen Conley, co-founder of ckSYNERGY, has extensive experience facilitating collaborative groups and creating action-oriented strategic plans. She focuses on developing partnerships across sectors, facilitating effective meetings, and creating successful strategic plans in order to create sustainable change in our community.

Colleen holds a Master of Nonprofit and Leadership and Management degree from Arizona State University (ASU). Prior to co-founding ckSYNERGY, she had a career at national and international law firms, where she facilitated teams to improve client service and developed firm-wide and team-specific strategic plans to implement the firms’ goals. Within and across sectors, Colleen has managed diverse -- and at-times competing -- agendas to create cohesive and actionable plans.

Colleen is a Lifecycle Institute Consultant and has received training from the American Management Association in Facilitation. Additionally, Colleen was recognized by Vitalyst Health Foundation as an exemplary facilitator, invited to join the Alliance Fellowship, and was selected to participate in Interim Executive Director Training. She is the former chair of the community impact committee for the Junior League of Phoenix and currently serves as a sustaining member.
